The AndyMark EVO Shifter Short Hex Shaft, StageA 3 Stage - 21.72:1 Ratio 2:1, StageB 3 Stage - 45.33:1 Ratio 2:1 represents a significant advancement in shifting transmission gearboxes. This two-speed, shift-on-the-fly gearbox incorporates an enhanced 4-tooth dog shifting mechanism, allowing for smooth and reliable operation. It is compatible with two CIM or NEO motors and can be configured with either two or three interior stages, offering flexibility in performance. The gearbox is shipped assembled, though motors are not installed.

Significant improvements have been made over previous models, including the use of AMPCO® 18 Bronze for the dog gear, which provides added lubricity and strength. The robust shift block assembly features a larger bearing and threaded steel housing, enhancing durability. The input stage utilizes 32 DP gears and a 15-tooth pinion gear, achieving a high first stage reduction of 85:15. Users can independently select high and low ratios, with the option to swap between them as needed. The gearbox also supports various encoder options, including the US Digital E4T.

The EVO Shifter employs a pneumatic shift method, powered by a spring-extend pneumatic cylinder, which allows for shifting even during acceleration or deceleration. The gearbox is designed with aggressive weight reduction features and can be mounted to an AM14U family chassis or a 2"x1" box tube frame using existing mounting plate holes. The optional third stage provides an additional C ratio choice, further enhancing its versatility.

Note: Ensure proper greasing and break-in procedures are followed for optimal performance and longevity of the gearbox.
