The standard translucent blue micro servo is great for small projects, but they're not very strong. I needed something that could move a lever against a trio of springs, but fit within the small space allowed. While a standard 9g servo fit great, it wasn't strong enough. With 2.5 kg-cm of torque, this metal geared servo was exactly what I needed. It's not the strongest micro servo on the market, but it's the strongest micro servo I could find for under $10. Great value, great performance.
