The 40W Laser Module for Snapmaker 2.0 is a high-powered diode laser add-on, equipped with Air Assist. This module allows Snapmaker 2.0 and Artisan users to enhance their printers, transforming them into robust desktop laser cutters. The module's key features include the ability to cut through 20mm Pinewood and 15mm Basswood Plywood in a single pass. It also comes with an Air Assist Pump, which can be controlled via Luban.
The module is designed with a built-in quick swap mechanism and a Focus Lever to adjust the laser's focus. It also includes crosshairs to help align the job accurately. For safety, the module is equipped with a Laser Safety Shield, Orientation Detection, and Overheat Protection.
Please note that the Snapmaker 2.0 A150 is only compatible with the 20W version of this module.
