This cable is constructed from 6 gauge multi-strand wire, ensuring robust conductivity and flexibility. The connectors are meticulously crimped and safeguarded with heat shrink tubing, providing reliable and secure connections. The cable features an SB-50A APP Connector on one end and 1/4" diameter crimped ring terminals on the other, facilitating versatile connectivity options.
The cable's construction employs the same high-quality wire and crimped connector components as the standard length battery cable, utilizing a powerful 6-ton pneumatic crimping tool for optimal results. The overall length of the cable is precisely measured, with a tolerance of +/- 1 inch, ensuring accuracy and consistency in its application.
Note: As the length of the battery cable increases, the internal resistance also rises, potentially causing a voltage drop that can affect the power delivered to motors and control systems. It is advisable to keep the cable as short as safely possible to minimize this effect.
