The AndyMark EVO Slim 4 RedLine 13.85:1 Ratio is a high-performance, lightweight gearbox designed for robust drivetrain applications. This gearbox is part of the EVO Slim line, which shares several components with the EVO Shifter, including weight-relieved, all-steel gears and aluminum plates. It is engineered to enhance the power-to-weight ratio significantly when compared to traditional CIM-based gearboxes, particularly when used with up to four AndyMark RedLine Motors.
This gearbox is optimized for use with 4-inch diameter wheels, making it suitable for various competitive robotics applications. It is delivered in kit form, requiring assembly, and includes the am-0801a Toughbox Long Hex Output Shaft as standard. Users have the flexibility to replace this shaft with any other Toughbox Output Shaft, which is available separately.
The EVO Slim 4 RedLine 13.85:1 Ratio is compatible with both the E4T Optical Encoder Kit and the SRX Mag Encoder, providing options for precise motor control and feedback. When utilizing the SRX Mag Encoder, the SRX Magnetic Encoder Mounting Hardware Kit is required for proper installation.
