The Argon 1m.2: Aluminum Case for Raspberry Pi 4, w/ M.2 Expansion Slot is a sophisticated enclosure designed to enhance the functionality and performance of the Raspberry Pi 4. This case features a magnetic removable top and a well-designed GPIO header, allowing for easy access and maintenance. It includes an M.2 expansion slot that supports SATA protocol solid state drives, providing additional storage capabilities through a USB adapter connection. However, it does not support NVMe protocol solid state drives.
The case is engineered with both active and passive cooling mechanisms. The entire top of the case functions as a passive cooling system, complemented by an included cooling fan and multiple airflow vents, ensuring optimal thermal management for the Raspberry Pi. The design also emphasizes neat cable management, with all ports conveniently located at the back to minimize clutter.
The bottom of the case is thoughtfully designed with two airflow vents and four nonskid feet, ensuring stability and efficient air circulation. Assembly is straightforward, requiring only a few steps without the risk of messy wiring or incorrect connections, thus enhancing safety and stability.
