The Atlas Scientific EZO-PMP-L Kit - Clear is a robust and efficient solution designed for large-scale precision dosing applications. This advanced embedded dosing pump is capable of moving significantly more liquid per minute compared to standard models, making it ideal for tasks that require higher volume and precision. The pump retains all the features of the standard EZO pump but is enhanced in size and power to accommodate more demanding applications.
This kit includes a large peristaltic pump equipped with a controller, ensuring precise control over the dosing process. The pump operates with a flow rate ranging from 10ml to 750ml per minute, with an accuracy of +/- 2% or +/- 2ml, making it suitable for a wide range of liquid viscosities from 0.1 to 20,000 centipoise. The pump offers multiple modes of operation, including continuous dispensing, volume dispensing, dose over time mode, constant flow rate, and dispense at startup, providing flexibility for various application needs.
The kit is supplied with essential components such as a 24-volt power supply, a power supply connector, a data cable with a 5-pin male header, and a 250ml beaker for calibration purposes. The pump is compatible with any 8mm outer diameter tubing, and it supports data protocols such as UART and I2C, with a default I2C address of 109 (0x6d). The operating voltage for the logic is between 3.3v and 5v, while the motor requires 24v. The pump head can reach up to 10.3 meters, and the data format is ASCII, ensuring reliable communication and integration with other systems.
