The Atlas Scientific EZO-PMP-L Kit - Purple is a robust and efficient solution for large-scale precision dosing applications. This advanced embedded dosing pump is designed to handle significantly larger volumes of liquid, moving up to seven times more liquid per minute compared to the standard EZO pump. It retains all the features of the standard model but offers enhanced power and capacity, making it ideal for demanding tasks that require precise liquid handling.
The kit includes a large peristaltic pump equipped with a controller, ensuring seamless operation and control over the dosing process. The pump is capable of operating in various modes, including continuous dispensing, volume dispensing, dose over time, constant flow rate, and dispensing at startup. This versatility allows it to be tailored to specific application needs, providing flexibility and precision in liquid management.
The pump's flow rate ranges from 10ml to 750ml per minute, with an accuracy of +/- 2%, ensuring reliable and consistent performance. It is compatible with a wide range of viscosities, from 0.1 to 20,000 cP, making it suitable for diverse liquid types. The kit also includes essential components such as a 24-volt power supply, a power supply connector, a data cable with a 5-pin male header, and a 250ml beaker for calibration purposes.
The EZO-PMP-L Kit is designed with user convenience in mind, featuring a single-point calibration system and compatibility with any 8mm outer diameter tubing. It supports data communication via UART and I2C protocols, with a default I2C address of 109 (0x6d). The pump operates at a logic voltage of 3.3V to 5V and a motor voltage of 24V, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
Note: Ensure proper handling and installation to maintain safety and optimal performance.
