The Atlas Scientific EZO-PMP-L Large Embedded Dosing Pump - Clear is designed to handle larger precision dosing applications with enhanced efficiency. This advanced pump is capable of moving significantly more liquid per minute compared to the standard EZO pump, making it ideal for tasks that require higher volume liquid transfer. Despite its increased capacity, it retains all the features of the standard model, ensuring reliability and precision in its operations.
This large embedded dosing pump is equipped with a robust peristaltic pump and an integrated controller, facilitating seamless integration into various systems. It supports multiple modes of operation, including continuous dispensing, volume dispensing, dose over time mode, constant flow rate, and dispensing at startup, providing versatility for different application needs. The pump is calibrated with a single point system, ensuring accuracy and consistency in liquid dosing.
The pump is compatible with any 8mm outer diameter tubing, and it operates using a 5 lead data cable. It communicates using UART and I2C data protocols, with a default I2C address of 109 (0x6d). The pump operates at a logic voltage of 3.3v to 5v and a motor voltage of 24v, ensuring efficient power usage. Additionally, the pump is food safe, making it suitable for applications involving consumable liquids.
