The Atlas Scientific EZO-PMP-L Large Embedded Dosing Pump - Red is designed for applications requiring precise and substantial liquid dosing capabilities. This advanced pump is capable of moving significantly more liquid per minute compared to standard models, making it ideal for larger-scale operations that demand accuracy and efficiency. It retains all the features of the standard EZO pump but offers enhanced power and capacity.
This dosing pump is equipped with a large peristaltic pump and a controller, ensuring reliable performance in various operational modes. It supports continuous dispensing, volume dispensing, dose over time mode, constant flow rate, and dispensing at startup, providing flexibility for diverse applications. The pump is compatible with any 8mm outer diameter tubing, allowing for easy integration into existing systems.
The pump operates with a high degree of accuracy, maintaining precision within +/- 2% or +/- 2ml, and can handle a wide range of liquid viscosities. It utilizes a 5 lead data cable for connectivity and supports both UART and I2C data protocols, with a default I2C address of 109 (0x6d). The pump operates at a logic voltage of 3.3v to 5v and a motor voltage of 24v, ensuring robust performance.
