The Atlas Scientific SGL-PMP-BX™ - Red is an advanced pump system designed for seamless integration into various devices. It is pre-mounted in a robust enclosure, which significantly reduces setup time. The enclosure is constructed from durable polycarbonate plastic, ensuring long-lasting performance and protection against environmental factors. The pump is capable of delivering a precise flow rate ranging from 0.5ml to 105ml per minute with an accuracy of +/- 1%, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
This pump operates in multiple modes, including continuous dispensing, volume dispensing, dose over time, constant flow rate, and dispense at startup, providing flexibility to meet specific operational needs. It is equipped with a 5-lead data cable and a breakout board, facilitating quick and efficient integration. The device is set to operate in I2C mode by default, but it can be switched to UART mode if required, offering versatility in data communication.
The pump is calibrated using a single-point method and is compatible with any 5mm outer diameter tubing, with a supplied tubing length of 15.24 cm. It supports both UART and I2C data protocols, with a default I2C address of 103 (0x67). The operating voltage ranges from 3.3V to 5V for logic and 12V to 24V for the motor, ensuring compatibility with various power sources. The pump head can reach up to 8.1 meters, providing substantial pumping capability.
