Great first platform

Powered by a Pi 2 with Adafruit servo hat and motor hat. The raised platform leaves enough room for extra batteries needed to power mini pan tilt kit with pi camera and lidar lite. Plan on moving to the six wheel platform they sell here after I perfect all the software. This platform is proving to be a great way to start inexpensively.

Great Base

Bought this a a base for some prototyping of an autonomous robot, works well a base to get started from.

Poor frame

The frame's power and grip was really bad, even with some modifications and barely any weight on it I wouldn't recommend it for basically anything. The frame itself is pretty nice so if you wanted to gut the motors and put your own wheels on it might be ok, but I really wouldn't recommend using theirs. ------------------------------- Thank you for the feedback. a technician will be in touch with you shortly

Great starter robot

This chassis and robot kit works great for me. I coupled it with a DFRobot Romeo BLE controller and a 2S Lipo 25C 4000 Mah battery and my own experimental software and it works fine.
