The DFRobot 6 DOF 25KG Digital Servo Educational Desktop Robotic Arm V2 is an advanced and compact robotic arm designed for efficiency and versatility. It features high-quality 25kg torque servo motors and durable aluminum alloy components, making it capable of handling larger loads despite its lightweight and smaller footprint. This robotic arm is ideal for applications such as scientific experimentation, kinematics learning, and automation control exploration.
The V2 version arrives fully assembled and calibrated, eliminating the need for installation and allowing immediate use. This design enhancement enables users to concentrate on their studies or projects without the distraction of complex setup procedures. The robotic arms mechanical components are crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy with a 2mm thickness, treated with surface brushed oxidation, which not only ensures durability but also provides a refined mechanical aesthetic.
The core of the robotic arm consists of six high-quality, 25kg-level digital servo motors, including those in positions requiring less force, such as the mechanical gripper. These high-torque servo motors significantly enhance the arms performance and reliability. Additionally, the use of metal servo horns ensures efficient torque transmission, reducing jitter and improving accuracy. Miniature metal ball bearings at joint rotation points further enhance the arms flexibility and performance.
To address potential issues during transportation or use, an extra screws kit and servo extension cables are included, ensuring that users have the necessary components for emergency repairs and flexible connections.
Note: Before powering on, securely fasten the base of the robotic arm to prevent tipping. Avoid placing hands within the arms range of movement to prevent injuries. Do not lock servo motors for extended periods to avoid damage. Ensure the power supply is within the specified voltage range to prevent damage to the servo motors and driver board. Handle the product carefully to avoid injury from sharp edges.
