The DOBOT CR3A 6-Axis Collaborative Robot Arm (3kg / 620mm) is part of the CR-A Series, a new generation of collaborative robots designed for rapid deployment and high-performance automation. It delivers exceptional precision, flexibility, and safety in a compact footprint. Engineered for electronics, light assembly, and inspection, the CR3A enables fast integration with its plug-and-play design, fast EtherCAT motion control, and powerful programming environment.
The CR3A has a working radius of 620 mm and a maximum payload of 3 kg. With an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR3A operates more stably, with residual vibrations reduced by 50% during high-speed emergency stops.
The CR3A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and connects seamlessly with PLC. It has 24 digital IO ports with industry-leading support for PNP and NPN switching to expand applications with ease.
Cycle times are improved by up to 25% thanks to upgraded high-speed joint modules, while Dobot’s laser calibration ensures sub-millimeter accuracy out of the box. With its built-in Cat.3 certified controller and electromagnetic braking, the CR3A can safely operate alongside humans without cages. It’s the perfect choice for high-mix, low-volume production.
