The Firgelli Automations Super Duty Actuator 12-inch Stroke, 220 lbs is constructed from robust materials, ensuring a performance that is both quiet and resilient. These units are equipped with a Hall Effect Feedback Sensor, which is particularly useful in synchronized systems. The Super Duty Linear Actuator models utilize a worm gear drive mechanism, which not only enhances their quiet operation but also makes them significantly more difficult to back drive compared to other Linear Actuator styles.
The construction involves a sturdy aluminum case with aluminum rods, designed to withstand substantial forces. The built-in end-of-stroke limit switches safely halt the actuators at both the retracted and extended positions. Additionally, these units come with a 4-wire Hall Effect Sensor for positional control, if necessary.
