I'm struggling to understand why this particular part of the Lavviebot is so fragile. It’s now the seventh time I've had to replace it since 2022. The most recent replacement was in May 2025, and now, just a few months later in August, it’s broken again.
While I appreciate that RobotShop covered the cost of replacements for a time, the frequency of these failures is frustrating especially given that the Lavviebot can’t function at all without this part. Waiting for shipping each time just adds to the inconvenience. This really shouldn't be happening so often.
