Litter-Robot 3 Open Air Ramp - Grey
Features easy access for elderly cats
Designed for Litter-Robot 3 Open Air
Its textured surface reduces litter tracking
Has non-slip rubber feet
Black mat not included with the ramp
With the Litter-Robot 3 Open Air Ramp - Grey you keep your cat happy and your home clean. It provides a gentle entry for your cat and catches litter on the way out.
This ramp is a great addition for households with small or elderly cats. Designed to fit in front of the Open Air with your Litter-Robot's existing black Step Mat.
The Ramp provides a gentle walkway for your cat to enter and exit the Litter-Robot Open Air while reducing litter tracking. Most cats hop onto the Step and into the Globe without any problem. For small cats or elderly cats, however, the ramp makes the Litter-Robot more accessible and easier to use.
The Ramp reduces litter tracking by catching it on the way out. Instead of your cat's first step being onto your floor, it is now on the Ramp, which has a textured surface to help remove litter from your cat's paws. The raised lip around the perimeter of the Ramp catches tracked-out litter, so all you have to do is vacuum or wipe it up.
I feel like this wasn’t 100% necessary cause our kitties are still pretty nimble and wouldn’t have had an issue getting in and out. But it does help a bit with the tracking of litter. I’ll still need to get a litter tracking mat but it’s nice to have so the kitties make it in and out easier.

Ok
I bought these steps straight after purchasing the robot due to thinking it would help my 3 year old as he was scared of it ( think he thought it was from outer space) the steps I think could be a little better fitting as they seem to pull on the drawer as that’s where they sit so it opens a little it does get covered in litter that I don’t mind I have a handheld hoover so that’s no bother my youngest kitten who is 3 months he likes to sit on them & watch it turn when it’s on a cycle he’s a little torture as he also likes to jump in on a cycle due to Sitting on steps . So I don’t know if I will always use them but for now I will continue to use them & just go from there
