The LuckFox Pico Mini B RV1103 Linux Development Board (128MB) is a compact and highly integrated micro development board that features a combination of ARM Cortex-A7 and RISC-V processors. This board is designed to facilitate easy embedding into various product applications due to its small size and castellated holes with an immersion gold design. It boasts a powerful single-core ARM Cortex-A7 32-bit core with integrated NEON and FPU, alongside a Rockchip self-developed 4th generation NPU that offers high computing precision with support for hybrid quantization. The board's ISP is capable of handling 4-megapixel inputs and includes multiple image enhancement and correction algorithms.
The development board is equipped with a built-in RISC-V MCU that ensures low power consumption and fast start-up, enabling quick picture capture and AI model library loading for applications such as face recognition. It also includes 64MB of DDR2 memory, which supports the demanding memory bandwidths required for complex tasks. Additional integrated features include a built-in POR, audio codec, and MAC PHY, which contribute to the board's robust performance.
Designed with development in mind, the board integrates a TF card slot and camera interface, making it easier for developers to expand its capabilities. The board also includes a USB Type-C connector for power supply and program burning, an ACT-LED to indicate system operation status, a USER-LED, and a BOOT button to enter download mode. The CSI camera interface and TF card slot further enhance the board's versatility.
