The Marvelmind Industrial Super-Beacon Plastic 28KHz is engineered for robust outdoor and industrial applications, featuring plastic 16mm ultrasonic transducers safeguarded by specialized membranes. This beacon is versatile, capable of both receiving and transmitting ultrasound. It operates exclusively on its native ultrasonic frequency of 28kHz, while also having the capability to receive any ultrasonic frequency within the range of 19kHz to 45kHz, or all frequencies simultaneously.
The device boasts a solid IP protection level of up to IP56, ensuring durability in challenging environments. It is equipped with an external bendable antenna featuring an SMA connector, which facilitates an extended radio range. The beacon supports communication over license-free bands, specifically the 915MHz ISM band and the 868MHz SRD band.
For connectivity and power, the beacon includes two IP67-rated external connectors. It does not contain an internal battery by default, necessitating the use of an external power bank or power supply. The beacon is designed to function efficiently across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +50°C. It is compatible with various other beacon models, including Industrial Beacons, Super-Beacons, Super-Beacons-Outdoor, and Mini-RX beacons, in both NIA and IA configurations.
