The Marvelmind Industrial Super-Beacon Plastic 34KHz is engineered for robust performance in outdoor and industrial environments. It features plastic 16mm ultrasonic transducers safeguarded by specialized membranes, ensuring durability and reliability. This beacon is versatile, capable of both receiving and transmitting ultrasound. It operates exclusively on its native ultrasonic frequency of 34kHz, while also having the capability to receive a broad range of ultrasonic frequencies from 19kHz to 45kHz, or all simultaneously.
The device boasts a solid ingress protection rating of up to IP56, making it resistant to dust and water ingress, which is crucial for demanding industrial applications. An external bendable antenna equipped with an SMA connector enhances its radio range, providing flexibility and extended communication capabilities. The beacon does not include an internal battery by default, necessitating the use of an external power bank or power supply of +5V for operation.
