The Pololu 3pi+ 32U4 OLED Control Board is a sophisticated component designed to be integrated with a 3pi+ Chassis Kit and a pair of 6V Micro Metal Gearmotors with extended motor shafts, forming the core of a 3pi+ 32U4 OLED robot. Primarily intended as a replacement part for existing 3pi+ 32U4 OLED robots and kits, this control board is also suitable for custom builds using different gearmotor variations. It features an ATmega32U4 microcontroller with an Arduino-compatible bootloader, quadrature encoders for precise motor control, and a graphical OLED display interface. The board is equipped with a full 9-axis IMU, bottom-loading battery holders, a protective bumper, and front bump sensors. Assembly is required, including soldering, and additional components such as a chassis kit, motors, batteries, and a USB cable are necessary for complete functionality. Optional accessories include a graphical OLED display and additional sensors. This control board represents a significant upgrade over the original 3pi, offering enhanced features and capabilities.
