The Pololu Mini MOSFET Slide Switch w/ Reverse Voltage Protection, SV is a compact module designed to replace bulky power switches. It utilizes a small slide switch to control a high-side power MOSFET, capable of delivering continuous currents up to approximately 4 A within a voltage range of 4.5 V to 40 V. The device features reverse-voltage protection and can be controlled by an external switch or a microcontroller's digital output.

This switch maintains its state based on the physical control switch or a signal to the 'ON' pin, making it suitable for applications with intermittent power supply.
