The Rotrics DexArm Maker Edition: Multi-Functional 4-Axis Desktop Robotic Arm (UK) is a versatile piece of technology that boasts a multitude of functions. With a remarkable repeatability of 0.05mm, this 4-axis desktop robotic arm is designed with a modular structure, allowing it to be easily transformed into a desktop plotter, laser engraver, or even a 3D printer.

The product package is comprehensive, including the DexArm itself, a 3D Printing Module, Laser Engraving Module, and a Pen Holder Module. To facilitate user interaction, a 3.5-inch Touchscreen is provided along with the Rotrics Studio Software. This software encompasses all functions and even includes Scratch programming. To ensure immediate use, PLA Filament is also included in the package.

The DexArm is designed to provide a substantial working area. Its 2D working area is larger than 210 x 297 mm, while its 3D working area exceeds 220 x 220 x 270 mm. This robotic arm is compatible with both Mac and PC and can work with a variety of file formats including STL, OBJ, PNG, JPEG, SVG, and more.

Precision is a key feature of the DexArm, with an accuracy of up to 100 microns. It also offers four degrees of freedom, a payload capacity of 500 grams, and a rich I/O for DIY needs. This makes it an ideal tool for a wide range of applications, from professional use to hobbyist projects.
