The ServoCity 12V Heavy-Duty Linear Actuator (225lb Thrust, 0.3"/sec, 2" Stroke) is engineered to deliver robust performance with a dynamic thrust capacity of 225 lbs and a static load capacity of 500 lbs. It operates at a speed of 0.3 inches per second under no load conditions. This actuator is powered by a 3 pole ferrite motor and incorporates a 10KΩ potentiometer for precise feedback. The device features a metal gear train complemented by a nylon pinion, and utilizes a straight cut spur gearbox with a 30:1 gear ratio. Designed to function within a voltage range of 6V to 12V, it is rated IP54, ensuring suitability for diverse environmental conditions. The actuator employs a lead screw with a 3mm pitch, single thread, and maintains a duty cycle of 25% on and 75% off. It operates efficiently within a temperature range from -26°C to +65°C, making it versatile for various applications.
