Includes reverse-voltage and over-current protection
Accommodates R/C, Arduino, PWM signal sources
The ServoCity 2x80A Motor Controller is engineered to proportionally manage the speed and direction of brushed DC motors. It features two channels, each capable of handling a continuous current of 80A and a peak current of up to 200A. The controller's design aligns with the 43mm width of goBILDA® Channel, facilitating straightforward mounting. It can be secured using either the threaded holes on the sides or the thru-holes for flat surface attachment, with all necessary hardware included.
This motor controller accepts a power input ranging from 9 to 30 volts through an XT90 connector, which is then transmitted to the connected motors. For signal input, it accommodates an R/C receiver, Arduino, or any standard PWM signal source via its Channel 1 and Channel 2 ports. The included male-to-male servo extensions ensure a tidy and simple wiring process. Additionally, the built-in BEC supplies 6V and 6A to the PWM signal-generating device, allowing for the operation of servos and other devices from any available channels on the servo controller.
Each channel of the motor controller is equipped to manage up to 80A, with the flexibility to connect multiple motors as long as the current limit per channel is not exceeded. The controller is supplied with bullet connectors, which can be soldered onto motor wires or used to construct a harness for powering multiple motors.
Note: This product includes critical safety features such as reverse-voltage protection, over-current/short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and a signal arm zone to ensure safe operation.
