The Infrared 950nm LED is a RoHS compliant and a very simple, clear infrared LED. This device operates between 940-950nm and works well for generic IR systems including remote control and touch-less object sensing. You can pair them with any of the IR receivers. The SFE Infrared 950nm LED features the 1.5VDC forward voltage and 50mA max forward current.
