Additionally, the spindle RPM is continuously displayed when the motor is operational. The digital readout can be configured for either inch or metric measurements, with the metric version showing positions to within 0.01 mm. The system also allows for electronic elimination of backlash by setting its measured value into the readout box, enhancing accuracy when changing handwheel rotation direction.
