The Sherline Interchangeable Aluminum Jaws (1" Set of 3) are designed to provide versatile and reliable gripping solutions for delicate and specialized machining tasks. These jaws are crafted from aluminum, a material known for its non-rusting properties, making them ideal for operations where rust transmission to the workpiece must be avoided.
These interchangeable jaws are part of a two-piece system, where the top jaws can be replaced and customized according to specific requirements. The top jaws are securely attached to the hardened steel bottom jaws using two countersunk socket head screws, ensuring stability and precision during use. The design allows for custom machining, as the jaws are not pre-stepped, offering flexibility for various holding applications.
Note: The bottom master jaws must be purchased separately to utilize the interchangeable top jaws.
