The Sherline Manual 18-Inch NexGen Benchtop Mill (Metric) (EU) represents the pinnacle of compact milling technology, designed to meet the demands of industrial, laboratory, and educational settings. This advanced milling machine is engineered to accommodate larger parts, featuring an extended mill base, a longer crosslide table, and an elongated mill column, surpassing the capabilities of previous models.

To enhance its performance, the mill's column base has been reinforced for increased rigidity, ensuring stability during heavy cutting operations. The column's design allows for a 90-degree rotation to the left and right, while maintaining in/out adjustments, providing seven directions of movement. This versatility makes it ideal for producing small, precision parts with high accuracy.

Crafted in the USA, this benchtop mill is capable of cutting a variety of materials, including wood, plastic, aluminum, and steel, while maintaining the precision and accuracy of a full-sized machine. Its compact size makes it suitable for desktop use, yet it does not compromise on performance.

Note: When working with brass or wood, it is recommended to use the toggle switch dust cover to protect the motor and speed control from dust and debris.
