Comprising five Bracing Plates that attach to the sliders on the X/Y/Z-axis, this kit significantly improves the rigidity of the modules, resulting in enhanced machining quality. The installation of the Bracing Kit increases the overall rigidity by 1.5 times, leading to a substantial reduction in the frequency of maintenance required for those who utilize the CNC Module regularly. Instead of the previous quarterly maintenance, an annual check is now sufficient.
The Bracing Kit's robust construction ensures minimized vibration across the X/Y/Z-axis, which is particularly beneficial for users looking to upgrade to the 40W Laser Module or the 200W CNC Module. This enhancement not only improves the quality of laser and CNC machining but also enables compatibility with the more powerful 200W CNC Module, thereby expanding the capabilities of the Snapmaker 2.0 series.
