The SoftGripping Construction Kit is designed for flexible automation tasks, especially in food handling applications. It enables reliable gripping of products with different shapes, sizes, and surfaces.
Thanks to its forgiving gripping behavior, the system can compensate for slight positioning inaccuracies. If an object shifts during handling, the gripper can simply re-grip it in the new position, helping to prevent slippage and ensure secure handling.
For additional functionality, a suction cup can be inserted into the socket between the fingers. The fingers and suction cup can be operated independently via separate pneumatic inputs, allowing even more flexibility for different applications.
The kit contains all components required to assemble a wide range of SoftGripper configurations. It is ideal for hands-on testing and selecting the best gripper setup for your specific application.
