The USB C to Type A Cable (1m) has the D+/D- wire alongside large-gauge VBUS/GND wires. Although it is rated for 2 A, we've successfully pulled 2.5 A at 5 V with minimal voltage drop.
Good economy cable. Works as it should. Used in a static application. Might go for something thicker if it was on the go, but perfect for semi-permanent hook up.
