The Waveshare CM4-IO-BASE-A + USB HDMI Adapter for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 is a compact base board designed to enhance the functionality of the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4. This miniaturized board is ideal for both evaluation and integration into end products, offering a robust set of features within a credit card-sized form factor.
This board is equipped with a standard CM4 socket and a color-coded Raspberry Pi 40PIN GPIO header, making it compatible with all variants of the Compute Module 4. It includes multiple onboard connectors such as CSI, DSI, FAN, HDMI, USB, RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet, Micro SD Card Slot, and an M.2 Slot. The HDMI0 connector supports 4K 30fps output, while the USB 2.0 ports allow for the connection of various USB devices. The Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 connector supports network speeds of 10/100/1000M.
Additionally, the M.2 slot is designed to support NVME SSDs or communication modules with a PCIE M.2 KEY-M interface.
