The Waveshare FT232 USB UART Board Type A, USB to TTL UART Communication Module offers a reliable USB to UART solution with a Type A connector. It integrates the original FT232RNL chip, ensuring compatibility with various operating systems including Mac, Linux, Android, WinCE, and Windows 7 through 11. The module supports three power modes: 5V output, 3.3V output, or power from the target board. It features three LEDs for TXD, RXD, and power status. Functional pins are connected to onboard soldered pinheaders, with additional pins accessible via drill holes, facilitating easy integration with user systems and breadboards.
