The XT-50 6W Plug&Play Laser Kit for CNC Machines is a versatile and comprehensive laser add-on designed to enhance the capabilities of CNC machines. This kit includes the XT-50 laser head, which is engineered for precise engraving and cutting of thin materials. It serves as an excellent alternative to traditional CO2 CNC lasers, offering compatibility with a wide range of materials including special engraving laminates, laser foils, wood, rubber, cardboard, fabrics, leather, and painted or anodized metals. Additionally, it is suitable for marking stainless steel and titanium surfaces.
The laser head boasts a 6W optical power and features an ultra-high-definition 550 DPI with a 45-micron spot size, ensuring detailed and accurate results. The beam spot is adjustable, allowing for microscopic precision and a square beam spot ranging from 25 to 500 DPI. This high power density laser is equipped with an 'Armed' indication LED for improved safety, and it comes with a factory-set high-resolution triplet lens.
The XT-50 laser kit is designed for ease of use, requiring no additional cooling and operating efficiently within a temperature range of 10 to 40 degrees Celsius. It has a robust laser diode with a lifetime exceeding 10,000 hours, ensuring long-term reliability. The power supply unit supports a voltage range of 12 to 24 volts, with a maximum power consumption of 30 watts.
